The Transfer feature allows you to send posts directly to another WordPress site without exporting or importing files.
This is the fastest and most efficient way to move large amounts of posts or perform real-time post transfers.
(The data key mapping process is the same as with Import.)
How to Transfer Posts
1
Open Transfer Modal
Click the Export / Import button in the Post Manager toolbar.
Switch to the Transfer tab.
You can also select posts and use Bulk Action > Transfer to transfer them.
2
Select Target Website and Post Type
Choose the target website from your connected WordPress sites.
Specify the post type (Post, Page, Custom Post Type, etc.) for the target site.
3
Select Fields and Map Data Keys
In the fields section, check the fields you want to transfer.
Assign each field’s data type (WordPress, post_meta, ACF, MetaBox) and map the corresponding data key.
Categories and tags that do not exist on the target site will be automatically created and applied to the posts.
4
Complete Transfer
After selecting fields and completing all mappings, click Transfer to finish sending the posts.
