Add, Edit, Delete Posts

Overview

You can manage not only the basic fields of posts but also the data in additional columns, including Post Meta, ACF, and MetaBox columns.

Add Posts

Method 1 — New Post Button

Method 2 — Add Inline

1. Hover over the New Post button and select Add Inline.

2. A new row appears at the top of the table where you can enter data directly to quickly add a post.

Edit Posts

Method 1 — Double-Click Cell

• Double-click any cell in the post row to edit that specific value.

• Changes are applied immediately after saving.

Method 2 — Icon

1. Click the icon in the fixed right-hand column.

2. The same modal used for adding posts will open, allowing you to edit all columns at once.

3. Save changes to update the post data.

Delete Posts

Method 1 — Bulk Delete

1. Select the checkboxes of the posts you want to delete.

2. Bulk action buttons appear in the top toolbar.

3. Click the Delete button to remove all selected posts at once.

Method 2 — Individual Delete

• Click the icon in the fixed right-hand column to delete a single post.
