Organize your WordPress posts with your own personalized post list.

Overview

The Create View feature helps you customize your WordPress post list. Instead of the default list, you can choose the columns and sorting method you want, save it as your own view, and use it anytime.

How to Create a View

Open Add New View popup

Click the Create View button in the top toolbar to open the Add New View popup.

Enter View Details

• View Name: Enter a name for your new view.

• View Type: Choose one of the following:

  • Use default column settings — Use the default column configuration.

  • Duplicate current table columns — Copy the columns from the current table.

Save and Apply

Click Create View to generate the new view. It will be applied immediately and appear in the sidebar menu.

Right-click a view in the sidebar and select Duplicate to quickly copy it and create a new view.

Usage Example

You can add filters to show only posts from specific categories in your custom view.
