Export Posts

Overview

You can export posts as JSON or CSV files.

How to Export Posts

Open Export Modal

• Click the Export / Import button in the Post Manager toolbar.

You can also select specific posts and choose Bulk Action > Export to export them.

Select File Format

• Choose either CSV or RightPlace JSON format.

• When selecting RightPlace JSON, you can also enable file encryption.

Select Fields to Export

• Use the checkboxes in the Fields section to select the fields you want to export.

• You can edit the field header labels if needed.

If you want to move data to another site, using the Post Transfer feature is faster and more convenient than exporting a file.
