Quick Start

RightPlace Quick Start Guide

To get started quickly:

  1. Log in to your account at https://account.rightplace.app using the same credentials as the app.

  2. Download and install the desktop app.

  3. Open the app, click Add Website, and follow the prompts to connect your WordPress sites.

Once your first website is added, the Home screen will display it along with quick access to management tools.

Getting Started with RightPlace

Follow these steps to set up and connect your websites to RightPlace.

Step1. Add Your Website

Open Add Website Modal

On the Home screen, click Add Website.

Enter Websites

A two-step popup will appear:

  • In the text area, enter one website per line.

  • If the protocol is omitted, https:// will be applied automatically.

  • Click Next

Adding multiple sites at once will help you finish the initial setup faster.

Enter Website Details

  • Enter the website name to be displayed in RightPlace.

  • Enter the WordPress login URL (e.g., /wp-admin).

  • Add a category if needed.

  • Remove unwanted sites using the trash icon.

If you stop at this step, you can resume later by clicking Continue Previous Work in the previous step.

In the Status column on the right, valid websites will be shown as Valid after validation.

Finish Adding Websites

Click Connect website to complete adding your site.

Continue with the plugin installation/connection steps to finish the setup.

Step2. Connect Website (Setup Required)

After adding your website, download the plugin and complete the connection with RightPlace.

Open Website & Go to Settings

  • From the home screen, click the added website.

  • In the left menu, navigate to Settings.

Login to WordPress

  1. Click the Login to WordPress button, which will redirect you to the login page.

  2. Log in to your WordPress site, then return to the Settings page.

Install Plugin

  • Click Setup Plugin to install and activate it automatically.

  • The installation will complete shortly, and the connection will be attempted automatically.

Manual Installation: If automatic installation fails, download the plugin ZIP from https://account.rightplace.app, then go to WordPress → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, install it, and click Activate.

Verify Connection

️⚠️ ️If it doesn’t connect automatically, go to Plugin Connection and click Connect.

Complete

Once the status shows Connected, the setup is complete. 🎉
