Media Transfer & Download

Easily move WordPress media between sites and manage resources more flexibly!

Overview

You can freely move WordPress media files between sites and save them locally. This feature allows you to manage resources more flexibly, without the hassle of repeatedly downloading and re-uploading.

Media Transfer (Send to Other Sites)

You can transfer individual media items or multiple files at once (using Bulk Select) to other connected WordPress sites. No more tedious steps of downloading from Site A and re-uploading to Site B—now you can upload to multiple sites with just a single click!

How to Transfer Media

1

Select Media

  • Click individual items or enable Bulk Select to choose multiple files at once.

2

Open Transfer Menu

  • If using Bulk Select, click the Transfer button in the top toolbar, or

  • From the media details panel, open the dropdown and select Transfer to other sites.

3

Choose Target Sites

  • Select one or more sites to send the media to.

4

Execute Transfer

  • Click Transfer to start.

  • The selected media will be uploaded to all chosen sites.

For security reasons, the logged-in user must have sufficient write permissions on the target sites. Without proper permissions, transfer may be restricted or partially fail.

Media Download (Save to Local Folder)

Download WordPress media directly to your local folders. If you’ve registered local media folders (Local Folder Integration), you can select them for even quicker saving.

How to Download Media

  1. Select Media

    • In Bulk Select mode, choose multiple media items and click the Download button in the toolbar, or
