RightPlace Folder

Create Folder

Click the + button at the top of the side menu to open the folder creation modal.

Fields:

• Name: Folder name (required)

• Description: Folder description (optional)

• Parent Folder: Select a parent folder, or leave empty to create a root folder.

Edit Folder

Open the folder’s context menu in the side menu and click Edit Folder.

You can modify:

• Name

• Description

Note: The parent folder cannot be changed.

Add Media to a Folder

In the media details panel, click the dropdown menu ( ) and select Move to a folder to open the Add to Folder popup.

• Choose from existing folders.

• Multiple folder selection is supported.

HappyFiles Folder

For users of the HappyFiles plugin, the plugin’s folder structure can also be used within the RightPlace UI.

• Folder creation and editing work the same as RightPlace folders.

• To add media in the folders, select the HappyFiles option in the dropdown menu ( ).
