Explains how template updates flow between the Library and websites,
When a template added to the Library is modified in its original form, those changes are automatically reflected in the Template Library.
However, deployed templates on other websites need to go through an update step to receive the latest version.
You can check the update status of deployed templates from the Deployed Website list in the template’s detail panel.
When you modify a template in the original site or in the Template Library, changes are automatically synced to the Library.
If the update was made from an external browser or other tool, refresh the Bricks Templates list on that website to reflect the latest changes.
The latest template state is synced with the Template Library whenever the Bricks Templates list is refreshed.
From Template Library > Template Detail Panel, you can check the update status of deployed templates:
Up to date → The template is already synced with the latest version.
Update required → The arrows-rotate-reverse button appears. Click it to update the deployed template.
You can also view and update deployment status directly from the original template’s detail panel, under the Deployed Website list.
Click the Update ( arrows-rotate-reverse ) button to apply the latest changes.
Once the update is complete, the button disappears and the status changes to up to date.
