Manage Template Library

Manage templates efficiently with folder-based organization.

Overview

Template Library management includes the following key features:

• Library Folder Management

• Open Folder

• Move Templates

Folder Management

You can open the Folder Management modal from the top toolbar by clicking Settings button:

• Rename Folder: Change the display name of a library folder.

• Reassign Folder Path: From the Folder Settings panel, reassign the local folder path. (Existing JSON template files will be copied and moved to the new path.)

• Remove Folder from Library: From the Advanced Settings panel, remove a folder from the library. (Optionally choose whether to also delete the local folder.)

Removing a folder will disconnect all template publishing and deployment links inside it. The templates themselves are not deleted and will continue to be managed individually.

Open Folder

To browse JSON template files inside a folder, click the Open Folder button in the top toolbar.

Move Templates

Use the toolbar’s Bulk Select to enable multi-select mode:

1. Select the templates to move, then choose Move templates from the Bulk Action dropdown.

2. Click Apply.

3. In the Folder Selection modal, choose the destination folder.

Moved templates will be removed from the original folder and stored only in the selected destination folder.
