Disconnect Templates

You can disconnect a deployed template from its original source and manage it independently.

Overview

If you no longer want a template to receive updates from its original version, use Disconnect to break the link.

Disconnect Steps

Select Template to Disconnect

• Open the template’s detail panel and click the Disconnect button.

• Or, open the dropdown menu and select Disconnect.

Confirm Disconnect

In the confirmation modal, click Disconnect again to finalize.

The template itself remains intact after disconnection, but the Linked badge will be removed.

Other Ways to Disconnect

You can also disconnect a template through the following paths:

• Path 1: In the original template’s detail panel, under the Deployed Website list, click button.

• Path 2: In the Template Library’s template detail panel, under the Deployed Website list, click .

• Path 3: In the Linked template’s detail panel, under the Deployed from section, click .
